Make $17k a month business- SOLD!

As I’m writing this, OMG- I can’t believe this website(s) business sold for $250,000 via Buy It Now. That’s right, you read this correctly, somebody paid $250,000 for a couple of flash gaming websites generating about $18,000 a month. I wonder how they are going to handle this transaction… “hey, PayPal me $250K right now” or “wire me $250k” or “send me a nice check for $250k”. Then what?

Who has that sort of money these days anyway? I thought we were in a tight downward spiral of a recession… nobody should have that kind of money, should they? Perhaps a loan at 3%? Cold hard cash sitting in a locker? Mad props to this sale though… here’s the lowdown:

How much time cost daily to manage the sites?
I spend about 0.5-1 hour daily to manage the sites, the sites are easy to be managed, a walkthrough of how to manage and develop the sites is included.
in fact, if you have time, the sites has great potential to grow.
about the script
fishflashgames’s script is different from other two sites.
all is coded by myself, you can use it to open as much sites as you like.
everything is easy using the script.
about the server
now I host fishflashgames on a server, and host other two sites on a server. the servers cost about 1k monthly.
the servers are bought from theplanet, and I can push the servers to you or transfer the sites to your server.
Why I sell
because of some private reason, I need money urgently.
